1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the La Gran Uruguaya website, mobile application, or physical dining facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
2. Dining & Reservations
Reservations are subject to availability. For groups of 8 or more, reservations are mandatory. We reserve the right to release your table if your party is more than 15 minutes late without prior notice. Seasonal outdoor seating is first-come, first-served and subject to weather and city regulations.
3. Snap & Earn Loyalty Program
Users must be registered account holders to participate. To earn points, you must upload a LIVE photo of your physical receipt within 4 hours of the transaction. Points are non-transferable and have no cash value. We reserve the right to disqualify any participant found to be using fraudulent receipts or engaging in platform abuse.
4. Gift Cards
Digital gift cards are delivered via email and saved to the user's account. Our gift cards are valid for 9 years from the date of purchase. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
5. Online Ordering & Pickup
Delivery and takeout orders are facilitated through our official platforms and third-party partners. Accuracy of order details is the responsibility of the user. Curbside pickup timing is estimated and may vary based on kitchen volume.
6. User Conduct
You agree to use our platforms only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include attempting to breach security, uploading malicious software, or interfering with other users' enjoyment of the services.
7. Modifications to Service
We reservamos el derecho to modify menu prices, hours of operation, or entertainment schedules at any time without prior notice. Our live shows and karaoke may be subject to capacity limits.
